About Me

A bit about me

I live in Colchester with my husband, our two children and two Border Terriers, Bear and Edie.

One of my favourite things is to take Bear and Edie for a walk in the Country Park close to our home.

I love yoga and have practiced on and off for over 20 years. I added a small chunk of yoga into my life almost every day during lockdown. It helped enormously. I now love using yoga and yoga nidra videos and have embraced strength training at home and start my day with it three times a week.

I also love reading, going to the cinema and my daily coffee.

I’m a member of The Boxted Runners and run with them at least once a week. I started running just before I turned 40 – it was a huge achievement for me!

Homeopathy education & experience

Diploma in Homeopathy from the Allen College of Homeopathy, 2012.

Member of the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths, insured with Balens.

Certificate in Homeobotanical Therapy, 2017.

Additional training on subjects including grief, chronic stress and fatigue, women’s sexual health, periods, support during perimenopause and hay fever prevention.

Workshops on using homeopathy at home at The Manor Health & Wellness Centre in Colchester.

E-course on homeopathy for winter wellness.

E-course on how to improve your sleep.
